Here you can find all of the frequently asked paintball questions answered!

Q1: What is paintball?

A1: Paintball is a sport played in teams, with the standard objective of eliminating your opposition by shooting them with a paintball.

Q2: What happens when you are hit with a paintball?

A2: The paintball will make a "splat" mark on either you or your equipment, which means you are eliminated from the game.

Q3: Does it hurt to be hit by a paintball?

A3: Yes it does hurt, but just enough to let you know your eliminated.

Q4: I have never played paintball before, will i be at a disadvantage?

A4: No. Not at all, its easy to pick up and with top quality rental equipment you will be having adrenalin pumping fun in no time.

Q5: What should i wear?

A5: Camoflage overalls are provided at the start of the day, but comfortable clothing that you dont mind getting dirty is recommended. Along with sensible footwear.

Q6: How much does it cost?

A6: All prices can be found on our prices page. Special deals are also available.

Q7: Do games get canceled in bad weather?

A7: No. We will play games in rain sleet and snow, some even prefer wet weather allowing them to get really stuck into their game.

Q8: Do we need a minimum number of people to play?

A8: No there is no minimum number required you can book groups of 1 to 250.

Q9: How can i book to play?

A9: You have a couple of options here. You can either contact us using the contact details supplied on the "contact us" page.

Q10: Is there an average amount paintballs i can expect to use?

A10: The simple answer..No. This all depends how trigger happy and how accurate you are but as a rough guide most people use around 200 - 500 in a day.

Q11: Can kids play?

A11: Yes! The sport of paintball is becomming increasingly popular with the younger players, and in fact most are better than the adults! Although there is a minimum age limit of 12.

Q12: How many games can i expect to play?

A12: In a full day 12 to 16 games, half a day 6 to 8.

Q13: Is there a long wait between games?

A13: No each game lasts between 10 and 15 minuites so once your hit there is enough time to have a drink and kit up before you are back in the action!

Q14: Does the paint wash out?

A14: Yes it washes out easily. So there is no need to worry about staining you clothes or hair!

Q15: Are refreshments available?

A15: Yes, in the reception area you have access to soft drinks, chocolate, crisps, tea and coffee. If you play a full day a 2 course meal is also provided. When in the woods between games a selection of soft drinks are available to keep you hydrated.

Q16: Can i bring my own paint?

A16: No. Everything you need will be supplied when you get here.

Q17: Is there an age limit?

A17: Yes we are insured for 12 years and over.

Q18: Do you have insurance?

A18: Yes. We can even show you our insurance certificate to be sure and safe. All you have to do is ask when you get here.

Q19: Can we view the site before hand?

A19: Yes you can as we have a dedicated team here 7 days a week to maintain the site.
